Terms of service

1. About these terms. These terms apply to your use of the Aisha'z Collection website and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund policy, our Shipping policy and our Privacy policy. Aisha'z Collection is based in Doha, Qatar.

2. Made-to-order pieces. Pieces are made to order in Qatar. Each piece's page shows how long it takes to make: 2 to 3 days, or 4 to 7. Before Eid and during Ramadan, orders are heavy: allow two weeks or more on top of that. Production time is separate from delivery time. Because pieces are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed. Until production begins, you may cancel your order for a full refund, or ask us to change it; contact us as soon as possible and we will tell you whether production has begun. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, because the piece is being made to your size and length. This does not affect your rights if a piece arrives with a defect or not as ordered, or if delivery is delayed.

3. Orders and acceptance. An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a piece cannot be produced, where a price or description was published in error, or where we cannot verify payment. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in Qatari riyal (QAR) and may change without notice, except that the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order. Payments are processed by authorised payment service providers; Aisha'z Collection does not itself store your full card details. For orders outside Qatar, customs duties, taxes or clearance fees may apply and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are your responsibility.

5. Descriptions, colour and fit. We describe and photograph each piece with care. Colours may appear differently between screens, and as each piece is made to order and any handwork on it is done by hand, small variations are normal and are not defects. Each piece is made to the size and length you choose when you order.

6. Returns. Returns are governed by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms: a piece is returned only for a defect or an error of ours, and there are no returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

7. Intellectual property. The designs, images, text and branding on this website belong to Aisha'z Collection and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

8. Liability. Aisha'z Collection cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures or any other circumstances beyond its control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights under Qatari consumer protection law.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

10. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. We keep a record of your order, you receive an order confirmation by email, and you can ask us at any time for a copy of your order and of these terms as they stood when you placed it.
