At Aishaz Collection, every order is handled with care from the moment it is placed until it reaches you. Below you will find our policies regarding production, delivery, returns and privacy.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Aishaz Collection pieces are made to order in Qatar.
Our standard production time is approximately 10–15 days from order confirmation. During high-demand periods, collection launches, Ramadan, Eid or other peak seasons, additional production time may be required.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched through our selected courier service. Delivery times vary depending on destination, courier operations and customs procedures.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes or clearance fees may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Aishaz Collection cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier operations, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 2 days of receiving the order, provided that the item is:
• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Unaltered
• Returned with all original Aishaz Collection tags attached
Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags are not eligible for return or exchange, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Sale or promotional items are considered final sale for change-of-mind returns, except where the item is defective, incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Every Aishaz Collection piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from your confirmed order, please contact Customer Care promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item.
Where an item is confirmed to be defective or not in conformity with the order, the appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable Qatari consumer protection law, including, where applicable, repair, replacement or refund without additional cost to the customer.
This does not affect any statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
As our pieces are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed.
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not always be possible, subject to your rights under applicable law.
PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
Aishaz Collection respects your privacy and handles your personal information with care.
When you place an order, contact us or use our website, we may collect information necessary to provide our services, including your name, contact details, delivery address, order information, size and length selections, and website usage information.
We use this information to:
