How to order

Choose your size and length and order online. If you'd like help choosing a piece, a size or a length, message us on WhatsApp before you order — or place your order on WhatsApp if you prefer.

Made to order

Every piece is made in Qatar after you order it, to your size and length. Each piece's page shows how long it takes to make: 2 to 3 days, or 4 to 7. At busy times, allow two weeks or more on top of the making time. Production time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery

We deliver within Qatar and to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Within Qatar, the delivery charge for your area is shown at checkout. To the five GCC countries, delivery is QAR 150 by courier.

Returns

A piece is returned only for a defect or an error of ours, reported on WhatsApp with photographs within 7 days of delivery; there is no return for a change of mind on a made-to-order piece. See the Refund policy for the full terms.
