Made to order

Aisha'z Collection pieces are made to order in Qatar. Each piece's page shows how long it takes to make: 2 to 3 days, or 4 to 7. Before Eid and during Ramadan, orders are heavy: allow two weeks or more on top of that.

Production time is separate from delivery time. The days above are how long a piece takes to make, before it is sent.

Delivery

We deliver within Qatar and to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. We do not deliver elsewhere.

Within Qatar: the delivery charge for your area is shown at checkout.
Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman: QAR 150, by courier.

For orders outside Qatar, customs duties, taxes or clearance fees may apply and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are your responsibility.

Aisha'z Collection cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures or any other circumstances beyond its control. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights if delivery is late.
